  • developing in-house project management systems and running training events to ensure consistent use of the system

Much of our work is customised to meet client needs. Cal us on 020 8446 7766 to discuss your needs or tell us more by completing this form.

How do you work with clients?

This depends upon a  number of points. Some are listed below:

  • the importance and urgency of the piece of work
  • a the amount of organisational change involved
  • a the budget you have available
  • a internal resources you have available to support what you are trying to achieve

We like to work in partnership with our clients. This often means meeting some of the target audience, exploring project management processes and successes, identifying needs and designing practical, cost effective and workable solutions.

Are you expensive?

Do you only do project management work?

No! We deliver a wide range of activities for our clients including facilitating workshops, running management skills and management development programmes, individual coaching alongside the development of materials for clients. Click here for a full list of what we also cover.

What is your approach to learning?

We have been involved in helping and supporting individuals (and organisations) learn and develop for many years. Our approach is based on people learn by doing. This means running participative workshops with debriefed discussions which specifically bring out the learning.

We develop case studies and activities to link with the objectives and themes for the course. Experience (and academic research) shows the above approach to work and be beneficial to individuals and organisations.

I want some one to one help. What sort of support can you give me?

Yes, we can provide one to one support for individuals. Click here to tell us about your needs or call 020 8446 7766.

We have a group of people all working on a project. Can you help us at all?

We have in the past worked with project teams and will continue to do so. We will work with you to scope out our involvement and then work directly with the team. The approach we take depends upon what is required. Do call us on 020 8446 7766 to discuss your needs or click here

Do you give away any free stuff?

We give away a lot of free information which includes an on-line e-course, tips booklet articles and various other goodies. Click here to find out more.

What support do you give before and after a course?

We can design a simple straight forward course which is all some clients want or we can create a real development programme that will really improve the skills of your staff. What do I mean by this? Look at the example below:

Participants receive an e-course covering areas which includes risk management, project planning, managing stakeholders etc. The e-mails encourage people to work on an aspect of their project e.g. carry out a risk analysis on a project based on either the in-house risk process or one Project Agency has.

We also include free materials such as our Tips Booklet and project management templates, all free!

Stage 2:

Pre course work. We send out joining instructions for each event describing in broad terms what the event will cover, timings etc. We also include some questionnaires for people to complete and discuss with their manager and bring along to the course

Stage 3:

Running practical project management events building into these events post course learning opportunities.

Stage 4:

Post workshops companies have a number of options. Some of these are shown below:

  • one to one coaching where individuals work on real business related projects
  • challenge and support groups -a unique Project Agency approach that helps individuals develop their action plans – a no cost option
  • action learning sets where small groups come together to help each other solve real project management issues
  • a six months review of the learning with all of the course participants
  • a focused workshop based around Project Agency’s training guide Deliver That Project linking back to the learning from the course.
