“Walking the talk” – so often people attend training events and return to a really busy email box or busy in tray and the effects of the training are diminished. Walking the talk is a process whereby we deliver the initial training and then:

  • visit individual participants talking through their project issues helping them apply the lessons from the course and move their own projects forward
  • hold a workshop for all attendees where they bring along a project to work on
  • coaching via the telephone. We can ensure that individual action their plans with telephone coaching – a really powerful action planning
